Mastering growth is insufficient. The company with the fattest wallet may survive, but would cede market to more nimble competitors. We believed, companies with a well planned strategy for navigating the turns can gain significantly over competition during an industry turn. Most importans, we should develop the capability to respond fast, when the industry cycle does turn. Our goal is always to have prestigious projects with outstanding profit, and we don’t want to only winning in the straightway but we should also winning in the turns. Winning in the changing world requires harvesting information for creating superior profit – using information to work effectively across the globe, continuously improving efficiency and pro-actively identifying new revenue opportunities
